Food and Beverages
Grad Nite is a SAFE and SOBER event. Grads are not permitted to bring ANY beverages (including water) on the bus. Water and snacks will be provided on the buses. Buses will stop for breakfast at a fast food location on the way to Disneyland. Bring money for breakfast, or you can bring your own food (no glass containers) to eat at the food stop. Food and drinks are not provided at Disney Grad Nite, so you also need to bring money for meals while at Disneyland and California Adventures. You are encouraged to bring an empty non-glass water bottle to refill while at Disneyland.
Special Needs Students and Medications
If you have a student with special needs or will require medication (prescription or over-the-counter) during the trip, the parent/guardian will need to complete and submit the Special Needs and/or Medication Form at least one month prior to the trip.
IMPORTANT: Please review the Dress Code/Conduct Rules.
Students must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the trip chaperones, bus companies, Adventures America Tour Company, restaurants, Disneyland, California Adventure, etc. If any of these rules (partial listing below) are broken, the participant may be sent home at his/her own expense without refund. If the participant is sent home, the parent or legal guardian will be advised and the participant and parent/guardian will arrange for transportation home at their own expense.
There will be at least two Grad check-in times during the course of the trip. The times and designated check in points are TBD. They will likely occur around 1:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m.
This is an adult chaperoned event. Chaperones are not responsible for any personal items that are brought on the trip such as cell phones, iPods, cameras, etc.
Bus sign up will be announced as the departure date approaches.
Please read and follow all instructions. Beginning this year, hard copy registration forms are not available anymore.
Our objective is to make the trip enjoyable and memorable for the Mission San Jose High School graduates. Please help us accomplish this by turning in your forms and money on a timely basis. We will not be making phone calls to follow-up on payments. Failure to meet deadlines may result in forfeiting your ticket and not being allowed to choose your bus.
