8:30 am (approx.). – arrive Disneyland

8:30 am – 9:00 pm – access to Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park

9:00pm – Jun 13 (Sat.) 2:00am – join Grad Nite events of Disneyland® Park

2:30 pm – buses depart Disneyland

12:00 pm (approx.)– pick up from MSJHS

Before registering, check your calendars to avoid conflicts with college graduations and other family events.

Grads must be dressed according to the Disneyland Dress Code and have their MSJHS Photo ID in order to board the bus and attend the event. If you are not dressed appropriately according to the Dress Code or do not have your photo ID, you will not be allowed to board the bus, and you forfeit all monies paid for this event— there are NO EXCEPTIONS!

Non-refundable Trip Cost:

The cost of the trip includes transportation on chartered coach buses, a Park Hopper® ticket, as well as a photo album and a drawstring sport bag for your necessary belongingsIt does not include food and beverages.

$ 310.00 by check  Until April 19, 2020 or all seats taken

Space is limited so sign up early! Your non-refundable payment and completed forms reserve your space. The first 250 students to register are guaranteed a space if you register by Early Registration deadline. After that, a waitlist will be kept until there are enough students to fill another bus. Your money will be refunded only if we are unable to fill another bus.

Cancellation

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INABILITY TO FILL ANOTHER BUS.

Scholarships 

There will be a limited number of scholarships available to those who are not able to finance this trip on their own. Apply for scholarship.

Food and Beverages

Grad Nite is a SAFE and SOBER event. Grads are not permitted to bring ANY beverages (including water) on the bus. Water and snacks will be provided on the buses. Buses will stop for breakfast at a fast food location on the way to Disneyland. Bring money for breakfast, or you can bring your own food (no glass containers) to eat at the food stop. Food and drinks are not provided at Disney Grad Nite, so you also need to bring money for meals while at Disneyland and California Adventures. You are encouraged to bring an empty non-glass water bottle to refill while at Disneyland.

Special Needs Students and Medications

If you have a student with special needs or will require medication (prescription or over-the-counter) during the trip, the parent/guardian will need to complete and submit the Special Needs and/or Medication Form at least one month prior to the trip.

Conduct Rules

IMPORTANT: Please review the Dress Code/Conduct Rules.

Students must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the trip chaperones, bus companies, restaurants, Disneyland, California Adventure, etc. If any of these rules (partial listing below) are broken, the participant may be sent home at his/her own expense without refund. If the participant is sent home, the parent or legal guardian will be advised and the participant and parent/guardian will arrange for transportation home at their own expense.

Check-In Times

There will be at least two Grad check-in times during the course of the trip. The times and designated check in points are TBD. They will likely occur around 1:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m.

Chaperones

This is an adult chaperoned event. Chaperones are not responsible for any personal items that are brought on the trip such as cell phones, iPods, cameras, etc.

Bus Choice

Bus sign up will be announced as the departure date approaches.

Please read and follow all instructions. Beginning this year, hard copy registration forms are not available anymore.

Our objective is to make the trip enjoyable and memorable for the Mission San Jose High School graduates. Please help us accomplish this by turning in your forms and money on a timely basis. We will not be making phone calls to follow-up on payments. Failure to meet deadlines may result in forfeiting your ticket and not being allowed to choose your bus.
